- Strategize the strongest possible pre-litigation posture for each case

Key Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience, in employment law (pre-litigation, intake, demand, or negotiation experience is a plus)

- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
- Excellent negotiation, writing, and analytical skills

Senior Litigation Case Manager – Personal Injury
We’re seeking a Senior Litigation Case Manager with at least 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and must be proficient in drafting and propounding discovery.

- Independently manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through trial and post-trial wrap-up
- Maintain organized case files with accurate documentation of all communications, filings, and case activity
- File legal documents in county and federal courts (including e-filing)
- Manage attorney calendars and ensure compliance with deadlines under the CCP and local court rules
- Interview and train new team members to align with firm standards and expectations
Client and Party Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and supervising attorneys
- Coordinate communication with opposing counsel, experts, court staff, and other parties
Legal Drafting and Discovery
- Draft complaints, answers, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, deposition notices, and trial documents
- Prepare and track discovery, subpoenas, and deposition notices
- Assist in expert witness retention and case coordination
Trial Preparation
- Organize and maintain trial binders (digital and hard copy)
- Prepare exhibit lists, deposition summaries, witness files, and jury instructions
- Ensure attorneys are fully equipped for trial
In-Court Support
- Coordinate courtroom logistics and material transport
- Assist attorneys during trial (exhibit handling, witness prep, on-the-spot case support)
- Monitor court filings and deadlines during trial
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation experience, specifically in personal injury
- Prior trial experience is required
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
