Melineh is an Attorney for the Employment Law Division at West Coast Trial Lawyers. She specializes in representing employees in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour violations, harassment, discrimination, leave of absence, retaliation, and wrongful termination, under both federal and California state law. Melineh is a trial lawyer who has litigated hundreds of employment cases for clients in arbitration and state and federal courts across California. Before practicing, she graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and went on to pursue her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While a student at Loyola, Melineh clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, worked at real estate and personal injury law firms, and served as the Vice President of the Environmental Law Society.
